Our Ethos

William Morris, the single most influential designer of the nineteenth century, famously advised the Victorian middle classes to; “Have nothing in your house that you do not know to be useful, or believe to be beautiful.”

Morris was a very gifted and talented individual. His company Morris & Co. was, and still is, renowned for its designs, wallpapers and textiles. He was also a published author, a poet, an artist and a politically active environmentalist. Perhaps he foresaw the road that industrialisation would inevitably lead us down.

We believe that in today's readily available, instantly disposable world, Morris' advice is more important than ever.  The Visavee range currently consists of our energy saving infra-red panel heaters and our natural eco-paints. We like to think that you will know them to be useful and believe them to be beautiful.
